With more than 35 years in Arizona real estate, Martha Appel brings extensive leadership and compliance expertise to her role as Designated Broker at Embarc Realty. She previously served for nearly two decades as Vice President and Designated Broker for one of the state’s top firms, following earlier roles as Director of Broker Relations and Legal Liaison.
Martha has contributed to real estate policy statewide through her work with the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, including as a current member and a previous chair of their Risk Management Committee, and supporting contract and standards development.
Her industry honors include AAR’s Distinguished Service Award, Broker of the Year Award by the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, and the national Standing Ovation Award from her previous employer. She leads Embarc’s brokerage operations with a deep foundation in regulatory and organizational excellence.

Greg Hollman

Greg Hollman is a seasoned real estate executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across brokerage operations, strategic growth, and agent development.
Prior to joining Embarc Realty, he served as President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® MLS and as President of one of Arizona’s largest residential real estate companies. He has held senior roles as Regional Vice President and Branch Manager, giving him a full-spectrum understanding of brokerage operations.
Greg offers a comprehensive view of the industry and brings deep operational insight to his role as Brokerage Advisor, supporting Embarc’s leadership team with strategic planning, scalability, and a structure that prioritizes agent success.

Buck James Callery brings decades of experience in Arizona real estate to his role as Branch Manager of Embarc Realty in the Green Valley market.
Before joining Embarc, Buck James built a successful career as a top producing agent and broker. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate numerous types of markets and transactions.
In his role as Branch Manager for Embarc Realty in Green Valley, Buck James leads daily brokerage operations, provides direct support to agents, and ensures consistency in service delivery and compliance across the region.

Marcia Fanning

Marcia Fanning brings a wealth of life experience and warmth to her role as Office Administrator at Embarc Realty. As the daughter of an Air Force serviceman, Marcia spent her early years living across the United States and in several Far East countries. This unique upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for different cultures, adaptability, and the value of a well-rounded life.
For the past 40 years, Marcia has called Arizona home. She’s a proud mother to two sons, Jeremy and Tanner, and a devoted grandmother to five granddaughters ranging from 16-year-old twins to a baby just under a year old. Her close-knit family includes siblings in Arizona and Maine, as well as her beloved parents, whose wisdom continues to enrich their lives.
Marcia has been active in sports throughout her life, fostering a strong belief in teamwork and collaboration. She approaches her work with positivity, a sense of humor, and a belief that music and a smile can make any day better. Her energy and dedication are an essential part of the Embarc Realty team.

Andy Alloway
President & CEO
Andy Alloway serves as CEO & President of Embarc Realty. A lifelong entrepreneur and Omaha native, Andy is also the President and Owner of Nebraska Realty, one of the largest independent real estate firms in the country. Under his leadership, Nebraska Realty has grown exponentially and is known for its culture of integrity, service, and innovation.
Andy launched Embarc Realty to bring that same people-first approach to new markets. Today, Embarc Realty is one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the country, with operations in both Iowa and Arizona. Embarc is rooted in the belief that real estate is more than transactions; it’s about people. With a vision to empower agents and elevate the client experience, Andy is building Embarc with a strong foundation of leadership, operational excellence, and community focus.
He has served in numerous industry leadership roles, including as President of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association, a member of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, and as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® with Congressman Don Bacon.

Sam Wurm
Executive Vice President
Sam Wurm serves as Executive Vice President of Embarc Realty, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on agent growth, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability. A Nebraska native and graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Sam began his real estate career in 2020, building on a strong foundation in sales and a passion for business development.
At Embarc, Sam plays a central role in building systems that empower agents and elevate the client experience. Known for his collaborative mindset and creative problem-solving, he thrives on bringing people and ideas together to drive progress. His leadership helps position Embarc as a forward-thinking brokerage rooted in service, innovation, and results.
In addition to his leadership role at Embarc, Sam contributes to growth and systems development at Nebraska Realty, one of the nation’s largest independent real estate firms, helping to optimize tools and processes that support agent success.

Christy Leesley
Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Christy takes pride in knowing the surrounding communities where she and her husband live and raise their two active boys, Paxton and Xander. Christy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
As a member of the Nebraska Realty staff in some capacity for over 22 of the 23+ years in the industry, Christy has learned a great deal with and from many of our agents at Nebraska Realty. Holding a broker’s license in both Nebraska and Iowa, her extensive sales experience has been invaluable in helping agents navigate the unique transactions that often arise.
Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Managing Broker, Christy is always willing to wear whatever “hat” is needed. She feels privileged to contribute to the company’s growth and success. Christy is dedicated to helping both agents and clients, always approaching even the most challenging situations with respect and patience.

Tim Kubert
General Counsel
Tim has been with Nebraska Realty since 2023 and now serves in the role of General Counsel. In this role, Tim oversees the company's legal functions and advises the company’s senior management team in all areas of corporate and real estate law, including regulatory enforcement matters. Tim also assists with the company’s real estate development efforts across the region.
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Tim graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in 2017 and a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2020. Before joining Nebraska Realty, Tim worked as an attorney in private practice advising individuals, businesses, and governmental entities on a variety of real estate and business topics. He also obtained his Nebraska real estate license in 2021 and regularly helps buyers and sellers at every stage of the acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial real estate.
In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and following Husker athletics. Tim is also actively involved in his church community and several non-profit organizations.

Grace Dirnberger
Vice President of Accounting Services
Grace was born and raised in Seward, NE, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration. Upon graduating, she moved to Omaha to work as a financial analyst at an actuarial consulting firm. In the fall of 2016, after providentially hearing of an open position with Nebraska Realty that answered many prayers, she accepted a job in the Accounting Department.
Grace moved to South Dakota in the summer of 2018 after marrying her husband Caleb and has worked remotely for the company ever since. She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, being outdoors, fitness, baking, and a good cup of coffee or old-fashioned. But in all of life, her greatest joy and highest aim is to love God and the people around her.

Megan Heimes
Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Megan uses her strong strategy, management, and relationship-building skills to create connections and propel business endeavors forward. With experience across multiple industries, Megan brings agility and expertise to all her work.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Megan’s previous work spans large publicly traded organizations to start-up endeavors. She brings experience in customer service, account management, corporate communication, brand strategy, project management, and content leadership. She has worked in a variety of industries including real estate, financial services, private equity, renewable energy, e-commerce, agribusiness, and non-profit.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, skiing, and volunteering.
